Eligibility Criteria for Mentors
3+ years of experience in the field in which you intend to mentor.
Ability to commit 4 hours per month for a 4 month duration (April to July OR October to January).
Willing to meet in a virtual setting.

WIA is here for you?
While many of our mentors come back year after year, there are also several doing this for the first time. To make sure you feel supported the entire time, WIA provides:
- a Mentor coach to help you fine tune the details of your mentoring circle
- a dedicated program manger to handle all operations including marketing and the application process
- optional Mentor Connect sessions over the course of the program which allows you to network with other mentors and share successes and challenges.

- Fill out an Expression of Interest form
- Please have 2 colleagues fill out this Referral form (it will only take about 5 minutes).
Once WIA has 2 referrals, we will contact you to discuss participating in our next round of circles. We run 2 sessions a year: April to July and October to July.
