Developing Your Pitch And Developing Yourself As A Creator/Showrunner
What goes into creating a show pitch, seeing it through the lengthy and often confusing development process and (hopefully) to the joy, hard work and exhaustion of running a show? This circle will touch on all of that as well as in-depth discussions on the current landscape from pitch to delivery.
Creating/running a series is a lifelong dream for many artists, but what does that look like in the rapidly changing landscape of 2022? What are companies looking for? Is there room for new things and innovation? What does it take to run a show?
In this circle, we’ll talk frankly about the state of the industry, where it might be going and how best to present yourself and your ideas.
