Inside the Writer's Room

Getting into a writer’s room is a big goal, and a super exciting one once you break through. But what happens when you’re actually in there? What does it all look like, and what should you expect? In this circle, we’ll talk about the inner workings of a writer’s room: “Blue sky” sessions, outlines, scripts — plus the roles of a Script Coordinator and a Writer’s Assistant. This circle is ideal for those looking to break into a writer’s room, wondering how to get there, and curious about what happens when you get your first break!
