CIRCLE DESCRIPTION

This circle is for folks who have gotten their first production job in the animation industry as a Production Assistant or Coordinator and are looking for ways to not just survive that job, but to thrive in their positions as well, and confidently lay the groundwork for a long career in animation.

During this circle, we’ll have interactive discussions about:

  • Typical duties of entry-level positions and best practices for handling those duties well
  • Communication skills
  • Understanding and adapting to workplace culture
  • Fostering a growth mindset
  • Building confidence
  • And more!

We’ll also talk through how to handle different production scenarios, work with all the different kinds of personalities you’ll find on a team, and help tap into your big-picture mindset.
