HANA SCHONEGGER

Hana spent the first 5 years of her career in Production for Animated Series, Animated Film, VFX and Architectural Visualisation, starting with an internship position in Poland, and ending as Creative Producer in London. She recently transitioned into a Lighting Artist role, which had been her dream – originally from Romania, and with limited access to relevant education, it took a long time, effort, and not a small amount of luck for her to finally achieve this goal. Hana’s activity with WIA follows naturally from her experience, which has instilled a desire to help anyone who wishes to pursue a career in these domains. She recognizes that Animation and VFX can be exclusive, difficult spaces to step into, and sincerely hopes that access to mentorships, talks, networking events which WIA organises will make this journey a bit easier.
