Lindsay Mussell

Lindsay Mussell is the HRBP Manager for Walt Disney Animation Studios. For over ten years, Lindsay has supported highly creative and collaborative teams, guiding the development of HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain the best talent.

Prior to working in animation, Lindsay spent several years working in game development, technology and hospitality. Lindsay has helped studios achieve success developing HR solutions that promote organizational and employee effectiveness. She serves as an advisor to business leaders to optimize employee engagement and productivity. 

When Lindsay is not in the studio, she can be found sailing with her family, attending lots of concerts, and taking every chance to be on a patio with a glass of wine.
