CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
This Circle is not about classical Project Management but a mindset that will (hopefully) open new perspectives about teamwork, communication, and time/task management. “Agile” has become the buzzword in business and in every industry, but what does it actually mean? How is that different from “normal” project management? How can it be adapted to film production or tech development?
These and other questions will be discussed in this circle, and we will find out together if Agile is the ultimate answer to life and everything.
