CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
This is the circle for those interested in or planning to be in animation production management and who would love to get insight into the work environment. We will cover workflows, career paths, best practices, and insights into the roles and day-to-day of production management. Based on my global experience and wide network, we will cover global production experience and invite several guest speakers to give a broad overview of opportunities in Production Management, or even in production, anywhere in the world.Â
This circle will help the mentees get ready and start better in the field. Are you ready to gear up?

Circle Leader
Natnaree Pichetpongsa
Natnaree Pichetpongsa, also known as Pla, has been involved in production management since her internship in Los Angeles in 2014. Currently, she is Head of Producers at The Monk Studios, overseeing 2D and 3D animation projects. She has successfully managed notable productions such as the 3D film The Tiger’s Apprentice and the 2D Netflix series Sea of Love. Prior to her current role, she coordinated projects including WARHAMMER 40K, LEGO Friends: Girls on a Mission, and Top Gear | LEGO Stig vs Lightning McQueen.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Pla is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. She holds an M.S. in Public Communications and a B.A. in Corporate & Public Relations from Drexel University, with double minors in Animation and Visual Effects, and Music Theory and Composition. She actively contributes to professional communities and has made significant contributions to organizations such as ACM SIGGRAPH and Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority.
