You’ve begun your professional journey, and you have experience on your resume, but where do you go from here? We’ll talk about how to transition from breaking into the industry, to growing yourself professionally and building a career intentionally.
This circle is great for those within animation production, technology, the creative executive track, business – or maybe you don’t know quite yet! The ideal candidate will have a few years of work experience and is looking to take that next step in their career.

Christina dunlop
Christina Dunlop is a Recruiter on Skydance Animation’s Talent Acquisition team in Los Angeles. Originally from Massachusetts, she journeyed to California to pursue an entertainment career, where she explored various industry opportunities, including live-action creative development, post-production, work as an administrative assistant, and oversaw university programming. Discovering a passion for supporting those early in their entertainment careers ultimately steered Christina to the world of recruitment. She transitioned to Skydance’s budding animation studio in 2019 where she primarily hires talent for the overhead, production, and technology departments.
