CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
The past two years have brought significant disruption and uncertainty to our industry. This circle is designed for mid-level to senior-level artists and professionals, both creative and non-creative, who are looking to strengthen their careers and build resilience in the face of change.
Through focused discussions and strategic exploration, we’ll delve into the aspects of your career that you are most passionate about, providing clarity and practical tools to navigate uncertain times.
Participants can expect dynamic conversations, portfolio and resume reviews, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, guest speakers, and thought-provoking readings.
This is an ideal space for those seeking personal and professional growth, an opportunity to connect with peers, and a supportive community to help you thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of our industry.

Circle Leader
Camille Leganza
Camille Leganza has over 20 years of experience working in Animation and Gaming in both Production and Talent Acquisition. Her career started at Warner Bros. Feature Animation as an intern on “The Iron Giant,” which sparked a deep love for animation. Since then, Camille has worked in production on over 13 animated feature films at studios such as Pixar, DreamWorks, and Cartoon Saloon. She has also worked in Talent Acquisition at DreamWorks, Epic Games, and Netflix Animation working with creative teams to staff up projects such as “Blue Eye Samurai”, “How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World,” and Fortnite. She is currently based in Seattle, WA, and is an Artistic Recruiter at Netflix Series Animation. She will be producing a 2D animated short film with Herringbone Studios in 2025.
Camille graduated from Coe College and is an active member of Women in Animation, The International Animation Film Association (ASIFA-Hollywood), and the Producer’s Guild Association (PGA).Â
