CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
Are you a CG artist with some work experience but find yourself hitting professional walls or not achieving all your goals due to a lack of confidence? Do you doubt your skills, hesitate to apply for jobs, or struggle with impostor syndrome? This mentorship circle is designed for individuals like you who are eager to break through these barriers and reach new heights in your career.
In this circle, our goal is to provide you with tools and insights needed to build confidence and overcome professional challenges. By the end of this mentorship circle, you will:
- Understand Your Strengths – Through targeted exercises, become aware of your strengths and things about yourself you should be excited to share!
- Develop Confidence -this circle will help you shake off self-doubt, find ways to assert yourself, and reveal your true potential
- Navigate Ups and Downs – We’ll discuss how to develop resilience to handle challenging moments and keep moving forward
Ideal mentees for this circle are CG artists with some work experience but who need a confidence boost to achieve their professional goals.
