CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
Whether you have an original idea in mind or hope to pitch something original in the future, we will demystify the pitching and development process. We will break down the elements of a successful pitch, explore the current content landscape and the process and etiquette around pitch meetings, and have the opportunity to share pitches and give and receive peer feedback on pitches in development. Special guest speakers, both creators and executives, will help to break down the process and provide valuable insights.
Please note that while I will be discussing your pitches over the course of this circle, I will not be representing your pitch in front of any studio, representative, or production company. Many factors determine whether or not any pitch will ultimately be purchased or produced. While you will gain valuable knowledge, insight, and skills in this group, participation in this circle does not guarantee any particular outcome for your pitch.
