CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
I do not write, draw, animate, nor have I graduated from business school. Despite this, I have somehow survived 28 years in the computer animation industry, including 21 years as the president of a multiple-award-winning studio with locations in Tokyo, Malaysia, and India. With this experience, I now consider myself an expert in running creative organizations. In this discussion circle, I would like to share some of my guiding principles.
