PROFESSIONAL GROWTH PROGRAM
Made up of four event tracks, the Professional Growth Program provides WIA members of all levels and backgrounds opportunities to better understand and navigate the animation, VFX, and gaming fields. The program includes:
Events that inspire WIA members to persevere within the industry by gaining direct insight from creators and connecting with others.Â
Events that create an increased knowledge base of gender and gender issues necessary for advancing gender equality.
Events that assist members in obtaining new knowledge and improving skills to help advance their careers.Â
Events that improve members’ understanding of how the industry works by learning industry processes and systems.
