If you become a WIA Member, you sign the pledge as part of your membership.  However, if you’re not ready to become a member, but still want to support WIA,  you can sign the pledge below simply by completing the form and supporting our mission of true gender equity for all people in the animation, VFX, and gaming fields.  By working together and bringing awareness to the issue of inequality in the animation industry we can make this happen.
