Minimum Commitment: 5-10 hours per month for at least 6 months
About the Role
We’re looking for a volunteer to add to our small but dedicated team to help us streamline our operations by leveraging the capabilities of Airtable. The volunteer will work closely with WIA staff to understand their needs and set up Airtable bases, tables, forms, interfaces, and automations that support our mission. A successful WIA volunteer is self-motivated, organized, inclusive, flexible, and responsible. They’ll thrive with a sense of humor, a passion for the mission, and good judgment.

Volunteer Responsibilities
- Consult with the WIA team to understand their specific needs and goals for Airtable
- Design and set up Airtable bases, tables, and interfaces to meet identified needs
- Implement automations in Airtable to enhance efficiency and workflow
- Provide training and support to WIA staff to ensure successful adoption and use of Airtable tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Airtable configurations as needed
- Stay informed about Airtable best practices and new features to continuously improve systems
Skills and experience
- 1+ years of experience working with Airtable in a professional or educational setting
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Airtable solutions, including automations and advanced configurations
- Strong understanding of data organization, workflow automation, and user interface design
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive problem-solver with great judgment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal, is required
