It had always been my dream since I was a kid to one day work in games. And over the last five years of living that dream, I’ve discovered that helping others do their best work on complex and creative game projects has given me the most fulfillment in my career at PlayStation.
I have the greatest gratitude and appreciation for the mentors I had in my life, folks who were willing to nurture my curiosity, provide concrete guidance, and allow me to ask questions I thought were silly. If you are looking for a safe space to learn and grow in your Game Producer journey, then I welcome you to apply for this mentor circle!Â

Hi, I’m Loren, a Senior Game Producer at PlayStation! Growing up, I spent countless hours immersing myself in digital worlds. I learned early on that a career in games at the intersection of art, design, and technology was my calling.
I studied Computer Science: Game Design at the University of California Santa Cruz. However, I struggled to find a craft to specialize in as a game developer. I discovered, through tons of game projects/jams, that helping my teammates do their best work in a healthy and collaborative environment was my one true calling.
After graduating, I was unable to break immediately into the games industry, so I fell back on my tech skills to land an IT internship at Pixar Animation Studios. Working inside the studio that made some of my favorite films enrichened my creativity and gave me the boost I needed to break into PlayStation as a Game Producer. In my five years here, I’ve shipped several AAA games, worked on R&D projects developed new IPs. I have worked with some of the most talented people who truly make this a dream job. When I’m not making games I’m roller-blading, playing basketball, or dreaming of my next trip back to Japan!
