CIRCLE DESCRIPTION
You made it! You’re working at a great company on awesome projects, so why do you still feel you’re not good enough – that you’re an imposter?
Self-awareness and self-care can be difficult in times like these. The industry is suffering as a whole, and everyday life can be stressful: constant deadlines, immense pressure, long working hours, and so on.
Obviously, this can affect your mental health, and that’s okay. Everybody’s got issues, and I believe that if we can break the taboo of mental distress, just maybe we can avoid some of the major crashes we sometimes experience.
The aim is for you to find strength and calm for your path and your day-to-day – through mindfulness and exercises and to be inspired by like-minded individuals. I want you to feel empowered; in this group, as a safe space, all feelings are welcomed. This way, we can lift each other, support and inspire each other, and find individual paths to cope with the everyday challenges in our industry.
This will be explored through:
- Individual and group exercises
- Mindfulness
- Meaningful conversations
- Techniques and tools to improve mental health
This circle is for anyone in the Animation, VFX, and Games industry who wants to gain more confidence and calm to master the next steps in their career.

Signe Vinther
Hi, I’m Signe Vinther.
My career in film and VFX started 15 years ago as an assistant in a distribution/production studio.
I have a BA in Film and Media from the University of Copenhagen, and over the years, I’ve worked at some of the most influential studios in Denmark in both VFX and post-production.
Most of my background is as VFX Producer, with great feature titles in the back catalog, such as Rogue One, The Last Jedi, and Black Panther, as well as the awesome TV and streaming shows Star Trek and Fear the Walking Dead, among others.
… but it’s tough with clients and deadlines, so I was fortunate enough to get the chance to transition into talent management almost 2 years ago. And I’ll never look back again.
Today, I work as an Artist Manager at Ghost VFX in Copenhagen, where I’m excited to work with some of the world’s greatest talents.
My passion is helping others achieve their goals and dreams. I’m a great listener, and because of my personal and professional background, I feel I’ve got the capacity to support and mentor the new generation of aspiring talents.
And I love to cook and travel!”
