Whether you’re just stepping into a creative leadership role as a Supervisor, a Director, a Manager, or a Producer—or you’re thinking about moving into one but feel anxious about not having what it takes—this circle is here to help you build the skills and confidence to lead with impact.
In this circle, you’ll learn how to:

- Discover the wide range of leadership opportunities available in the creative industries, from directing to supervising to development
- Create and foster positive, collaborative environments where every team member feels valued and heard

- How introverts can thrive in roles that involve managing people, giving direction, and public speaking

- Practical tools for balancing creativity with the logistical challenges of leadership in creative industries

A creative and technical Director with a decade of experience in 2D & 3D workflows. Ariel’s portfolio includes the Amazon Prime series “Invincible” and DC Justice League crossover feature-length films from Warner Home Video. Recognized as the “Animation Employee of the Year” at Rooster Teeth for leadership as CG Supervisor on HBO Original series “gen:LOCK” season 2.
